Bite Club

  • Bite Club is a loyalty programme created by your favourite Cayman restaurants to reward repeat customers. The more you dine, the more points you earn, and the more you save on future visits.

  • Bite Club 3.0 is the newest version of our loyalty app. It features a new design and a full transaction history, allowing you to see every point you earn in real-time. The Bite Club 3.0 loyalty app for both iOS & Android available in the Apple App Store & Google Play Store. Previous versions of the app are no longer supported.

  • To transfer your current points over to the new Bite Club 3.0 app simply download the new app, using the email address and phone number tied to your existing account and RESET your password. Your points will transfer automatically. If not email support@biteclubcayman.com. 

  • Yes. To collect or redeem Bite Club Points, you must download the Bite Club 3.0 app and register as a member.

Collecting Points & Redeeming Rewards

Note: Bite Club Points can only be earned and redeemed when using the Bite Club 3.0 app.

  • You earn 1 Bite Club Point for every $1 KYD spent on food and beverage at participating restaurants. 

    For example, spend $66 with us & earn 66 Bite Club Points. Points are not awarded on discounts, special offers, gift certificates, large group events, corporate functions, or gratuity.

  • Twenty Bite Club Points are equivalent to $1 KYD. If you’ve earned 200 Bite Club Points, you’ve got yourself $10 to put towards your next purchase at any Bite Club restaurant.

  • After receiving your bill at any participating restaurant, please fill out the form at the bottom with the mobile number linked to your Bite Club account. Your points will be credited to your account once your server closes your check, which is done upon payment.

    Points accrued through the loyalty program will be automatically credited to the member’s account within 24 hours of the transaction, except where an error prevents the automatic addition of points. If such an error occurs, the member has 30 days from the transaction date to claim their points by presenting a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Unclaimed points will not be honoured after the 30-day claim period.

  • Step by step – collecting points:

    1. Have the loyalty app downloaded and your account logged in.

    2. Receive your bill.

    3. Fill in the bottom section with the mobile number tied to your Bite Club account.

    4. Points will be added after your server closes the bill.

     

  • Not at the moment. The Let’s Eat integration is currently paused. Points will not be added on Let’s Eat orders until the feature returns.

  • Upon receiving your check at any participating restaurant, fill out the form on the bottom of the check with the mobile number tied to your Bite Club account. In this area you can indicate how many Bite Club Rewards you would like to redeem upon purchase (enter dollar amount).
    NOTE: Gratuity must be paid separately; Bite Club Rewards will not cover grats.

    Your points will be deducted from your account when your server closes your check (upon payment).

    1. Receive your bill.

    2. Fill in the bottom section with your mobile number.

    3. Write the amount you want to redeem.

    4. Points are deducted once your server closes the bill.

  • No. You can only redeem Bite Club Rewards on food & beverage purchases BEFORE gratuity. Gratuity must be paid separately.

  • No. Bite Club Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • No. Bite Club Rewards cannot be redeemed for gift cards in any amount.

  • Yes. You can earn a maximum of 500 Bite Club Points in one day, per location… you big spender, you.

  • Nope. They are yours, all yours.

  • Use your rewards before you go. Think of it as a farewell treat!

  • Yes. You may only redeem up to 2,000 at one time, you loyal customer, you.
