Bite Club 2.0 is the new & improved loyalty app for both iOS & Android available in the Apple App Store & Google Play Store. Bite Club 2.0 renders the existing Bite Club app unusable.
To transfer your current points over to the new Bite Club 2.0 app simply SIGN UP using the same email address tied to your existing account. Your points will transfer automatically. If not email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Points are earned on food & beverage purchases at 1 Bite Club Point per $1 KYD spent at any participating Bite Club restaurant (minus special offers, discounts, gift certificates, & large group events/functions). For example, spend $66 with us & earn 66 Bite Club Points. You cannot earn Bite Club Points on gratuity.
Ten Bite Club Points are equivalent to $1 KYD. If you’ve earned 150 Bite Club Points, you’ve got yourself $15 to put towards your next purchase at any Bite Club restaurant.

After receiving your bill at any participating restaurant, please fill out the form at the bottom with the mobile number linked to your Bite Club account. Your points will be credited to your account once your server closes your check, which is done upon payment.
Points accrued through the loyalty program will be automatically credited to the member’s account within 24 hours of the transaction, except where an error prevents the automatic addition of points. If such an error occurs, the member has 30 days from the transaction date to claim their points by presenting a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Unclaimed points will not be honoured after the 30-day claim period.
Yes! If your Let’s Eat account is tied to the same phone number as your Bite Club account, your points will be added automatically to your account when you place your order.
Upon receiving your check at any participating restaurant, fill out the form on the bottom of the check with the mobile number tied to your Bite Club account. In this area you can indicate how many Bite Club Rewards you would like to redeem upon purchase (enter dollar amount).
NOTE: Gratuity must be paid separately; Bite Club Rewards will not cover grats.

When collecting your order you will need a copy of your order confirmation.
Please aim to collect your food as close as possible to the time chosen! If something comes up, you have until the restaurant closes to collect your order.
